It’s been a historic season for the Tennessee Volunteers baseball team as they finished the regular season 49-7 and 25-5 in the SEC.

On Monday, All-SEC Honors were handed out and the Vols continued to dominate, this time off the field based on how much they dominated on the field.
Head coach Tony Vitello was named the SEC Coach of the Year. This was the first time Vitello has won the award since taking over the baseball team at Rocky Top in 2018. He led the nation in wins along with achieving the highest RPI in the country. During this season his team took down a couple of school records including team ERA, home runs, and attendance as the team won the SEC for only the 4th time in their history.
All together there were six players who garnered nine spots on the All-SEC first and second teams, as well as the SEC All-Freshman team and SEC All-Defensive team.
With five Vol players being honored for the All-SEC teams marked the second most in a single Tennessee season in their history. That ranks just one behind the 1994 team, which had six.The players that were honored on Monday for UT were…
